Kind of cool in the 5th wheel this morning (temp outside was 58), so I turned on the furnace. Fan came on, and it tried to light but did not. So I went to the van and got the little electric space heater. It does a good enough job as long as it's not too cold. Man, if it's not one thing it's another. My hope is that our propane tank is low or out, and once we get the tank filled (hopefully) the furnace will run. If not, it will be another repair bill! We continued to put things away, and then went for our first morning walk. Bird report - flock of about 20 white ibis, lots of vultures high in the sky, one mocking bird, one yellow-rumped warbler. The osprey have returned to their nest in a pine tree above the trailer, with lots of chirping going on. Ate lunch here, got the propane tank filled, read the paper, took a nap, then put up the awning. Washed it down, washed that part of the 5th wheel that's under the awning, put up the screen at the outside of the awning. Took a short bike ride, ate supper here. Temp got up to 78 again, but at 5:30 it is perfect - about 72, no breeze. So we ate supper on the patio. Watched TV, but we only get about 5 local channels using the antenna on the 5th wheel. Hopefully, I will get the satellite dish up tomorrow so we can watch the same shows that we get back home, except for channel 9. For some reason, that one isn't available. I don't understand why, because we are getting the same feed to the same box that we bring from home, but there must be an explanation. Pretty tired, so went to bed early again.
