Jan. 13
A very nice day because my brother, Tom, his wife, Pat, his daughter Spring, my sister Jean, and her husband Dave were here for the day. We visited and had lunch at the 5th wheel (thank goodness we could be out on the patio, no rain yet). When Spring came over from Ft. Lauderdale, we looked at some of her art work (you can also, at http://www.myspace.com/artbyspring and/or buy stuff at http://www.cafepress.com/artbyspring ), then went for long walk at Lakes Park. Just as we were getting back to the car, it started to rain a little. We all went to Islamarada for supper (again) and then Jean and Dave left to go back to Tampa, Tom’s family left to go back to hotel.


Jan. 10 - 12
Sat. - Went to Six Mile Cypress Slough, saw the new visitors center, walked the boardwalk and saw 10 different birds, but no alligators.
Sun. - Went to Starbucks, then church, lunch at home, watched football, went to movie “Marley and Me” (used lots of Kleenex!), I went for bike ride, Linda went for walk.
Mon. - Talked to brother Tom, washed the car and part of the 5th wheel. Tom came over late afternoon (his wife, Pat, had an upset stomach so stayed at their hotel), we had a good visit, saw pictures of their trip to Beufort, SC, then went to supper at Islamarada Fish Company at Bass Pro.
