For lunch, we went to Perkins, then to Lakes Park, which is just a few blocks away. I took a long bike ride, and Linda walked the park. I enjoy biking there, because they have a very long mostly paved path (just a little limestone), and I also can ride outside the park in a nice neighborhood. It was so nice out, we sat in the shade and read for another hour. On the way home, we stopped to look for a small table we can use on our patio. Didn’t find anything yet - anything decent cost too much. Home for lite supper.

Same morning, lunch here, then went to Bonita Beach. Very nice day, lite breeze from east inland, but onshore breeze at the beach, very sunny. Lots of people out today. If you don’t get pictures from me, (and would like to), email me at rfclec@yahoo.com and I’ll put you on my list. On the way home, we stopped at Panera Bread at Coconut Point mall for early supper.

However, visitation from Europe was up 26.6% and Canadian visitation was up 8.7%. More than 30% of all visitors were here for the first time. More people are coming through the airports, with 67.3% coming by air. Travel was up within the state, reflecting a trend of taking shorter trips closer to home. Nearly 30% of all visitors came from other parts of FL, an increase of 18.2%.
